SNAP! Midnight Snacking?!?!

Hopefully, I'm asleep by midnight - but I love a good bedtime snack. There are some that actually help us unwind. Nutritionist Kristen Kirkpatrick of the Cleveland Clinic recommends one of these snacks forty-five minutes before bed to help us fall asleep.

• A banana with low-fat yogurt

• Low-fat cottage cheese with a few 100% whole-grain pita chips

• Peanut butter on 100% whole-grain crackers

• An apple with mozzarella string cheese
